1 cup Bull’s Eye Bold Original BBQ Sauce
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
2 tsp grated gingerroot
1 pork shoulder or butt (5lb./2.2 kg)
16 sandwich buns

Heat oven to 400.

Mix first 4 ingredients

Place meat in disposable foil pan. Cover with 1/3 cup of the BBQ sauce mixture. Refrigerate 20 minutes to marinade. Refrigerate remaining BBQ sauce mixture until ready to use.

Cover pan with meat with tinfoil or cover. Bake for 3 ½ hours or until meat is done. Remove from oven; let stand for 10 minutes.

Pour remaining BBQ sauce mixture into a large saucepan. Cook on medium-low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Shred meat with 2 forks or cut into bite-size pieces. Add to saucepan; stir to evenly coat. Serve in buns.
