Ingredients:  
7 egg yolk
1 14oz can Evaporated Milk
4 cans Condensed Milk
39 oz Water
1/2 bottle of Puncheon rum or strong clear rum
Angostura Bitters and Nutmeg to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to boil and add Evaporated milk.
Beat egg yolks and add Condensed milk. Add to above.
Cook slowly until thickened.
Remove from heat and place plastic wrap on surface to avoid skin forming.
Let stand overnight.
Add Rum, Bitters, and Nutmeg to taste.
Strain and Bottle, Refrigerate.
Pour over crushed ice to serve.
