3 cups flour (sifted)
1/4 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3 eggs slightly beaten
16 oz sour cream
pinch of salt
2 cups raisins
2 or 3 teaspoons caraway

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl add sour cream to slightly beaten eggs. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet

Fold raisins into mix then pour into lightly greased loaf pan

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 55 minutes or when nicely browned

*Caraway seeds optional*
