The one and only recipe left by Grandpa:

30 eggs
3/4 cup proscuittio
2 sticks dry sausage
1 hot sopressotto
1 basket dry ricotta
1/2 lb mozzarella
3 lbs ricotta
fresh black pepper
3 lbs pizza dough
juice of 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut all dry ingredients into small pieces and run through food processor until fine. Beat eggs and ricotta together, add dry ingredients, and beat until mixed well.

Take 1/2 of the pizza dough and roll it out. Lightly grease baking pan with olive oil and line pan with dough (not too thin and not too thick). Allow a little dough to hang over the side of the pan.

Pour mixture into the pan and spread lemon juice over it. Roll other half of the dough and cover the mix well. Seal the dough using the hanging part from the bottom and crimp together.

Use Grandpa's blue pan if possible and cook at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours
