2 cups bisquick
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup blueberries
confectionary sugar for dusting
Directions:
Directions:
Whisk eggs and milk together. Beat in Bisquick and mix well.
Heat a medium sized pan with a pat of butter or spray.
pour batter into pan to approximately an 8 inch circle size.
Sprinkle with blueberries.. cook until golden brown on both sides and
when toothpick in center comes out clean,
Sprinkle with confectionary sugar,
Use syrup of your choice and enjoy!
