1 c. rice
1/2 tsp. salt
3-4 c. water

10 oz marshmellows
1 20 oz pineapple tidbets, drained
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

8 oz cool whip or 1 pint whipping cream, powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions. When done, add in marshmellows, pineapple, sugar and vanilla. Cool. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, prefer to make it the day before.

When cooled, fold in 8 oz cool whip or whip 1 pint of whipped cream.
