Ears of fresh sweet corn (3 ears/pint, ave.)
Freezer ziploc bags
Lots of ice

Directions:
Directions:
Husk and clean ears.

Bring water to boil in large pan that the ears will fit in. Place corn in water and return to boil. Once water has returned to boil, start timing:
Small size ears - 6 minutes
Medium size ears - 8 minutes
Large size ears - 10 minutes
At then end of time, remove from stove and place immediately in ice water.
Place in cool water for about as long as 2 times the amount of cook time.

Cut corn off ears and place in freezer bags
