2 tbsp. bacon grease
chopped onion
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 cans pork & beans
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 C. dark Karo syrup
1 lb. hamburger
5 strips crisp bacon
salt
pepper
coleslaw
Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in bacon grease until tender. Add vinegar, brown sugar, Karo syrup and beans. Simmer while cooking hamburger with salt and pepper. When hamburger is done add to bean mixture with crumbled bacon. Put on buns and top with coleslaw.
