8 strips of bacon, cooked, drained, and crumbled
2 chopped tomatoes mixed with four basil leaves
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. of sharp white cheddar cheese grated
1/2 c. mayo
1 pkg. mini phylo pastry cups

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat 350º

Mix tomato, onion, and basil and fill mini pastry cups.

In separate bowl mix 1/2 c. mayo and grated cheese. Top with mayo mixture and bake in oven 15-20 minutes until slightly brown. Top with crumbled bacon when ready to serve.
