1lbs.chicken breast
1cup carrots
1cup cellery
1cup broccoli
2 tlbs. corn starch
3/4 cups water
1 cup soy sauce



Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken breast in slices,saute in skillet over medium heat. In another saute pan saute carrots, celery,and broccoli until tender (you can use any type of vegetable you like). In sauce pan mix cornstarch and water to make a sauce. Add soy sauce and stir together.When chicken and vegetables are cook, pour sauce over and mix together. serve over rice or any other starch you would like.
