1 6oz package Mexican cornbread mix, prepared and crumbled
1 1oz envelope buttermilk Ranch dressing mix (or use prepared)
1 small head (or one bag) of romaine lettuce, in pieces
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 15oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 15oz can whole kernel corn with red & green peppers, drained
1 8oz package shredded Mexican 4 cheese blend
6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
5 green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Layer 1/2 of each ingredient in order they appear. Repeat layers. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Can be made and refrigerated overnite.
