Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lbs cooked boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c chopped onion
1-2 cloves minced garlic
3 T butter
2 chicken boullion cubes
1 c boiling water
1/2-1 t cumin
2 c 1/2 & 1/2
2 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 can cream style corn
1 4oz can chopped green chilies
1/4-1 t hot pepper sauce
1 medium tomato, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into bitesize pieces. Brown chicken, onion, and garlic in butter. Dissolve boullion in hot water. Add to pan with cumin. Add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly.
