1- 3 to4 lb. pork butt
⅓ cup Worcestershire sauce
¾ cup packed light brown sugar
½ cup apple juice
½ tsp. salt
3 T. corn starch
⅓ cup water

Directions:
Spray the inside of a large crock pot with cooking spray . Pour the apple juice in the bottom of the pot. Put the roast in the pot and pour the Worcestershire sauce over all sides. Press the brown sugar over all sides. Cover the pot and cook on high for 4 hours on high or low for 6 to 7 hours. When done lift meat out, set aside on platter, cover with foil. Pour drippings into small saucepan, add ½ cup apple juice, heat on stove on med-high. Mix corn starch and water until smooth. When drippings are boiling stir in corn starch mixture and whisk until slightly thickened. Pull apart the meat with a fork drizzle with half the sauce. Sprinkle with the salt. Serve rest of sauce on the side. Makes about 6 to 8 servings.
