French Brie round cheese
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped pecans(or walnuts)
1 tbs. brandy

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl stir together the sugar, nuts and brandy. Cover and chill for at least 24 hours, or up to a week. (It doesn't matter that much if you don't chill it).
Preheat oven to 500º.
Thinly cut rind from top of Brie. Place Brie on an ovenproof platter or pie plate. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the Brie is slightly softened. Spread the sugar mixture in an even layer on top of the warm Brie and bake another 2 to 3 minutes, or until the sugar has melted. Serve with your favorite crackers of sliced Delicious apples.
