2 Pkg. Yeast
1/2 Cup Hot Water
1 1/2 Cups Lukewarm Milk (Heat until just beginning to boil and then cool)
2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Cup Shortening
5 1/2 Cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Add milk, sugar, eggs, salt, shortening and 2 cups of flour. Mix with mixer until smooth; add remaining flour and mix well. Cover bowl and place in cold oven (reason for this is that it will rise quicker if it is in enclosed place) , let rise until double. (about 1-1 1/2 hours) Stir down and pour into greased bundt pan. Let rise until doubled. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
