2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp salt
1 c softened butter
1 c sugar
1 c brown sugar
1 c pumpkin puree
1 egg
1 tbsp vanilla
1 c chocolate chips
1/2 c white chocolate chips
2 c oatmeal

Directions:

Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large bowl whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin spice and salt. Beat butter and sugars until creamed. Add pumpkin, egg, and vanilla. Gradually add the dry ingredients until well combined. Stir in oatmeal until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.

Drop cookies onto baking sheets. Bake in a preheated 350º for 14-15 minutes. Do not overcook.
