1 pkg. Rhodes frozen Texas Dinner Rolls, thawed*
1 lb. ground beef
1˝ cups white onion, chopped medium fine
˝ tsp. salt
˝ tsp. black pepper
˝ tsp. ground Sage
2 cups cabbage, chopped medium fine
1 egg, beaten

*Thaw rolls in refrigerator overnight.
In 12 inch skillet brown beef and onion. Add cabbage and seasonings. Cook until cabbage is wilted. On a cutting board, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, roll out one roll until about 6 inches round. Put 1 to 2 T. beef filling in center and roll edges over filling until covered and lay seam side down on greased cookie sheet. Repeat until 12 rolls are done. Brush tops of rolls with egg. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 12 sandwiches.
