★ 4 slices dark rye bread
★ 2 T. butter
★ 2 T. Thousand Island dressing
★ 4 oz. deli sliced corned beef
★ ⅔ cup sauerkraut
★ 2 slices Swiss cheese
★ 2 T. horseradish sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Butter one side of each slice of bread. In 12 inch skillet lay two slices butter side down, spread each with dressing. Layer meat, kraut and cheese. Spread horseradish sauce on the other two slices placing butter side up on top of the cheese. Cook on med-low heat, covered until browned on both sides about 4 minutes each side.
Makes 2 sandwiches.
