4 oz. left over beef roast
¼ cup white onion, finely diced
2 T. sweet pickle relish
¼ cup salad dressing
4-6 slices bread of choice
Grind beef in food processor until ground finely. In small bowl
mix all ingredients except bread. Spread on bread slices and
serve. May cut off crusts for appetizers.

This was one of my favorite things grandma Eidness made. Just about any left over meat was ground up to make filling for sandwiches.
