1-1/2 c. deffated turkey stock from pan drippings
1 T. fat from drippings
3 T. shallots, minced
3 T. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1 T. fresh chives, chopped
1 T. fresh thyme, chopped
1 T. fresh sage, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, saute shallots in the turkey fat; add flour and mix well, stirring contantly over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Slowly add turkey stock and chicken broth, stirring frequently. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until slightly thickened. Add fresh herbs and serve hot.
