1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
3 T. butter, softened
3 T. flour
1/3 c. pecans, finely chopped
6 medium yams or sweet potatoes, peeled, cut in 1/2" rounds and cooked
1-1/2 c. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together brown sugar, butter and flour until well combined; add pecans. Set aside. Lightly butter a 9x13 baking dish; arrange yams, overlapping in vertical rows. Pour cream over yams. Bake in a 375 F. oven for 20 minutes; crumble pecan mixture over yams and continue baking for 20-30 minutes until yams are tender and topping is browned.
