16 oz. bulk pork sausage, crumbled, browned & drained
16 oz. pepper jack cheese, shredded
2 T. flour
3-4 oz. cans diced green chilies
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
12 large eggs
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 4 quart baking dish with non-stick spray. In medium bowl, toss together jack cheese and flour, spread in bottom of pan. Layer chilies on top of jack cheese. Spread cheddar cheese over chilies. Top with sausage. In medium bowl, beat eggs and milk until well beaten. Pour over sausage. Bake 45 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. May be served with tortillas as breakfast wraps. May be made day before baking. Serves 10 to 12.
