2 eggs
2 cups Flour
4 tbls Sugar
4 tbls Melted Butter
4 tbls Baking Powder
1 tsp salt

4 tbsp. = 60 ml
Griddle 350º
Mix all let stand 5 minutes beat again thin if needed
Lightly oil griddle, Turn when the top is full of bubbles.
