2 Very Ripe Bananas
1/2 cup margarine/ butter chilled
1 1/2 cups Ap Flour
3/4 cup Sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup Milk
2 teaspoons Lemon Juice or Vinegar
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt

Optional- 1/2 cup walnut, or Pecans or
Cranberries,or
Chocolate Chips,

Directions:
Preheat Oven 350º
Position knife in bowl.
Add bananas and margarine/ butter process 20 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients process 10 seconds, scrape sides adds nuts or chocolate chips process 2-3 more seconds.

Do not over process. Spray and line loaf pan with parchment.Turn into a 9x5" loaf pan.
Bake till middle springs back when gently touched about 55 to 60 minutes, cool before removing from pan.
