1 small bag of baby potatoes
2 c whipping cream
2 tbsp butter
3 green onions
3 - 4 sprigs of fresh dill
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and put aside. In another saucepan, add butter and chopped all of the green onions. Saute' until the white part of the onion is translucent. Add whipping cream, simmer and stir constantly until sauce begins to thicken. Chop several sprigs of fresh dill and add to the sauce, stir. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cream sauce to the baby potatoes, stir to coat the potatoes.
