1/2 lb. Large shrimp
1/2 lb. Sea Scallops
2 TBSP Butter or Margarine
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. red pepper, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1 small tomato, diced
1 tsp. capers
1 tsp. parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Shell and devein shrimp, rinse with cold water. Rinse scallops with running cold water to remove sand. Pat dry with paper towels.

In a large 10" skillet over medium heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook garlic and crushed red pepper for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Increase heat to high, add shrimp, scallops and salt, cook 4-5 minutes until shrimp turn pink and scallops are tender. Add tomato and capers, heat through.

To serve: spoon shrimp mixture onto a warm platter, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Makes 4 main dish servings, about 140 calories each serving.
