8 manicotti shells
1 lb. ground beef
2 T instant minced onion
1/4 c green pepper, finely minced
1 T dry parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 (32 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook manicotti shells as directed on package. drain throughly. Brown ground beef with onion, green pepper. beat egg, add parsley flakes, salt and pepper. then combine with meat fill shells. Spray a 9x13 pan. Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on the the bottom. then arrange the filled shells in a single layer. Pour remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350º. This recipe may be used to fill 20 jumbo shells an extra jar of spaghetti sauce may be needed to cover the shells adequately. *You can use a cookie press for stuffing the manicotti shells.
