1 2/3 c warm water
2 Tbsp margarine
4 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
50 ml egg white (or 1 egg white)
4 1/3 c white flour
1 1/2 tsp instant or breadmaker yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into the Breadmaker in the order listed making sure the yeast does not get wet. Set the Breadmaker to dough setting. When the maker stops (2 hours) put the dough on a floured board. Punch down and shape into 12 large or 24 small buns. Place in warm area to rise to double in bulk approx. 30 min. Bake in a 350º F oven for 30 minutes. Cool on a rack.

This is a Cheryl Friendly recipe but you can use a whole egg instead of 1 egg white. I got this recipe from Charlene Irish who makes the best buns in the car club.
