1 pkg. frozen artichokes, cooked and drained
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Coat artichokes with flour. Mix the eggs with salt and garlic powder. Melt butter in a large frying pan. Dip floured artichokes in egg mixture and sauté in butter until golden on all sides. Remove from pan and keep warm. In the same pan, sauté garlic, then add the lemon juice and wine. Bring to a boil and let reduce a bit (evaporate). Return artichokes to sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve immediately. Serve Italian bread on the side to soak up delicious sauce.
