1 c. margarine
2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour

Lemon-Coconut Filling:
4 tsp. lemon juice
Grated zest of 2 lemons
4 eggs, well-beaten
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. flour
1 c. flaked coconut
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream margarine and powdered sugar together. Gradually stir in flour (batter will be stiff). Spread in a 15x10" jelly roll pan. Bake for 15 mins. in a preheated 350º oven.

2. Mix all ingredients of lemon-coconut filling together. Spread over crust and bake and additional 25 mins.

3. May sprinkle powdered sugar over bars after baking.
