Cake:
1 yellow cake mix
3 Tbsp. any flavor Jell-O (save the rest)


Icing:
rest of pkg. Jell-O
1/4 cup egg whites
1 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Follow directions on cake mix and add the 3 Tbsp. of Jell-O. Bake
according to directions on box.

To Ice: Mix rest of the package of Jell-O, egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar and water in top of a double-boiler. Place over boiling water and beat with an electric mixer on high speed until icing holds stiff peaks. Remove from over boiling water and beat about 1 minute longer. Ice cooled cake
