3 Extra Ripe Bananas
1 C Sugar
¼ C Soft Butter
¼ C Milk
¼ C Sour Cream
2 Large Eggs
2 C Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
¼ C Chopped Nuts (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar & butter, and mix until smooth. Add bananas, milk, sour cream & eggs. Beat well. Combine flour, baking soda & salt in a separate bowl and mix well. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Add nuts if desired. Spoon into loaf pan sprayed with PAM. Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Let cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Let cool completely on wire rack.
