1 boned chicken, skinned and diced (see Jamie's Crockpot Chicken) (you can use any shredded or diced boneless chicken)
2 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c butter
3/4 c finely chopped onion
1/4 c flour
2 c chicken broth
1 c sour cream
1 4oz can diced green chiles

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine cheese, chicken and onion. Fry tortillas one at a time in a large skillet. About 10 seconds each side. You can let them drain on paper towels or brown paper bags. Spoon chicken mixture in the middle of each tortillas and roll. Place in a shallow baking dish seam side down.

In sauce pan, melt butter, blend in flour, add chicken broth and cook until mixture thickens and bubbles. Stir in sour cream and green chiles. Cook until heated through but do not boil. Pour sauce over tortillas and bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
