6 pork chops on the bone
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 16 oz sour cream
2 large sweet onions
6 - 8 russet potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Slice and sauté onions until translucent and place in bottom of pan
Pour half of one can of soup over onions
Peal and slice potatoes like a thick potato chip and place potato slices on top of soup
Place pork chops on top of potatoes and cover with soup
Put another generous layer of potatoes on top of pork chops and cover with remaining soup
And cover with aluminum foil
Place in oven and bake for at least two hours
