1 chicken cut in pieces (bone-in leg, thigh, and breast pieces work best)
2 to 2-1/2 (approx.) crushed cornflakes. (Crush in plastic bag with rolling pin)
1 small can evaporated milk or sour cream
Garlic salt and pepper to taste
Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a shallow baking pan with foil greased with a little melted butter. Remove skin from chicken pieces if desired.

Season crushed cornflakes with garlic salt and pepper to taste in a shallow bowl. Place evaporated milk or sour cream in another shallow dish.

Dip each piece of chicken in the milk or sour cream, then roll in the seasoned cornflakes until coated. Place chicken pieces on the foil lined baking pan. Drizzle a little melted butter on top of each piece.

Place a piece of foil lightly on top of chicken and bake for about 25 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for about 30-35 minutes.
