1 lb. bacon
1 clove garlic
butter
1 head cabbage
salt
pepper
chives
Idaho potatoes
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon, drain. Add garlic and butter; saute. Add cabbage and cook til tender.
Add salt, pepper and chopped chives. Slice thin potatoes and put in cream. Put layer of potatoes, then cabbage topped with Parmesan cheese. Repeat and top with cream and cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 375º for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake another 30 minutes.
