1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. rhubarb, 1" pieces
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. Milnot
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 unbaked 10" pastry shell

Directions:
Directions:
Line pie pan with pastry. Mix all dry ingredients together; spread half the mixture on bottom; add rhubarb. Blend eggs and Milnot together, pour over rhubarb and sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture, dot with margarine. If desired, top with lattice crust. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350º and bake about 30 minutes or until lightly browned and firm.
