1/2 c onion chopped
2 T butter or marg.
2 T flour
1 1/4 c milk
1 c shredded cheese
6 hard cooked eggs, sliced or quartered
1 1/2 c crushed potato chips
10 -12 slices of baco, fried crisp & crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350º. Cook onion in butter till tender, but not brown. Blend in flour, add milk, cook stirring constantly till mixture thickens. Add cheese, stir till melted. Place layer of egg slices in 10x6 in baking dish. Cover with half of the cheese sauce, half the potatochips, half the bacon. Repeat layers. Double this for a 9x13 pan Bake 30 min. Serve with fresh fruit and hot bicuits.
