1 regular Pie Crust (I use the roll out kind because it's easy)
8 ounce of heavy cream
1/2 cup confectionary's sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
11 ounces of cream cheese @ room temperature (I use low fat when
able)
1 can Pie filling of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
First -for your whipped cream - put your bowl and beaters in the freezer.
Take out your cream cheese. If it is not at room temperature, you can warm it up slowly in microwave some. Next - bake the pie crust in the oven at 350 º F until golden brown.
Next - Take out your bowl and beaters from freezer. Pour the heavy cream
into the bowl and beat until soft peaks form. In separate bowl :
Mix confectioners sugar and vanilla into the cream cheese with your mixer.
Then : Mix the whipped cream and cream cheese mixture together with a spoon. Then scoop it into the COOLED pie crust. Spread the pie filling on top of the mixture.and Wa-La!!! It's Love-in-Bloom Pie
