Potatoes, cut into even sized cubes
Bell peppers, diced, to your liking
Onion, diced, to your liking
Canadian Steak Seasoning
Canola Oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cube the potatoes. Heat oil in a cast iron skillet. Add the potatoes. Stir and turn the potatoes to prevent burning.

2. While the potatoes cook, diced the onions and peppers.

3. Once the potatoes look like they are close to being done (You can stick a fork in it, but it still sounds a little crunchy), add the peppers, onions, and steak seasoning.

4. Cook until the potatoes are cooked throughout and serve.
