Ingredients:  
1 pound of beef tips
1 large can cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 pounds of potatoes - peeled and cut

Directions:
Directions:
1 - Mix cream of mushroom soup and Beef Tips together in a casserole
dish
2 - Bake in oven at 350º F for 1 1/2 hours or until beef tips are done to
your liking
3 - about half an hour before beef tips are done boil potatoes in water on
stove top until you can easily stick a fork through, about 20 minutes.
4 - Take beef tips out of oven, let it sit while you prepare your potatoes
5 - Then drain potatoes and fix to your liking. (I like mine mashed)
6 - Scoop beef tips and gravy over potatoes
7 - Then you eat!!!
YUM!!!
