Left over chicken or 4 thighs
4 tsp./cubes boullion (chicken)
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. black pepper
salt to taste
1 lb. bag frozen peas with diced carrots
2 tbsp. corn starch or flour to thicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
You can use left over chicken/Turkey or boil 4 thighs and remove bones and skin. Add chicken with 1 quart water, (or use water that you boiled chicken in), and 4 tsp. of chicken boullion or 4 chicken boullion cubes.
Add 1 Tbsp. of dried Parsley, 1 tsp. celery salt, 1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning,
1/4 tsp. black pepper and salt to taste.
Bring to a boil, then simmer, covered for 30 minutes. Add a 1 pound bag of frozen peas with diced carrots. Thicken broth by adding 2 tbsp. of cornstarch or flour to a 1/4 cup cold water. Bring to a boil again and cook on low until carrots are soft and gravy is thick. Serve over mashed potatoes. ENJOY !!!
