2 c flour
3/4 c cocoa
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 c butter
2 c sugar (plus 3 tbsp for dipping)
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
In big bowl, sift together flour, cocoa soda and salt. In another bowl using beaters, cream butter and sugar, add the eggs and vanilla. Slowly add flour mixture and continue to mix on low speed.

Chill for 1 hour.

Roll dough into balls and dip top of each ball in sugar.

Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 8 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before transferring to rack.
