Veal and Bacon Rolls Recipe

1 lb bacon
1 lb veal
2 c whipping cream
seasoning salt
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Slice veal into strips and cut bacon slices in half. Roll veal in bacon and secure with a toothpick. Lightly flour rolls and pan fry. Season with seasoning salt and/or pepper. Placed browned rolls into casserole dish.

Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 30 minutes. Drain fat and pour whipping cream and bake for another 30 minutes.

This could be used as an appetizer without the whipping cream and this recipe can be easily doubled.
