6 eggs
1 cup of milk
1 cup of flour
1/3 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon butter
1-2 tablespoons confectioner sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Whisk together eggs, milk, flour and sugar. Heat 10 inch pan and melt butter. Pour egg mixture into hot skillet. Bake for 20 minutes or until pancake is golden and fluffy. Shift confectioner sugar on top. Serve immediately.
