Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pork chops, seasoned & cooked, sliced
olive oil
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. sliced onion
1/2 sweet pepper, thinly sliced
1 c. fresh green beans
1/2 c. julienne cut carrots
1/8 t. pepper
1 ts. soy sauce
2 Tb. brown gravy mix
2 c. water
your favorite cooked rice
3/4 c. walnuts
1 Tb butter
1 ts. sugar or splenda

Directions:
Directions:
thinly cover bottom of pan with olive oil.
toss in celery, onion, pepper, green beans & carrots and cook until almost tender. Season with pepper and soy sauce.
Place meat slices on veggies.
Make gravy mix and water and pour over prepared vegetables & meat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Have your cooked rice ready.
In small sauté pan melt butter, add walnut pieces and sprinkle with sugar. Gently cook until walnuts look coated in butter and sugar mixture.
Serve in three separate bowls so everyone can put what they like on their plates. I suggest each serving: rice, pork & veggie mixture and top with walnuts.
