Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Chopped green onions
Chopped nuts (pecans or almonds)
Coarse black pepper
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine softened cream cheese, onions, grated cheese, and a pkg. of Hidden Valley dressing mix.

Roll into balls the size you like. It works better if you wrap the balls in wax paper and chill so they handle better.

When firm, roll each ball in your choice of one of several toppings: chopped parsley, chopped nuts, or cracked pepper. Then wrap back in wax paper and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Personal Notes:
We made these to serve at Eric and Peggy's wedding and they were delicious served with crackers.
