Pot roast
flour
salt & pepper to taste
vegetable oil
carrots - peeled and sliced or baby carrots
potatoes - peeled and quartered
large onion - sliced in sections

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper pot roast on all sides. Roll in flour. Heat oil in large skillet and sear pot roast until browned on all sides.

Place pot roast in foil-lined casserole dish. Add carrots, potatoes, and onion.
Bake at 250º for three to four hours until juicy and tender. Turn meat after two hours.
