2 - 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese
1 pound mild, natural cheddar cheese
1 pound Velveeta cheese
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion - finely chopped
Chopped pecans
Optional: Chili powder or minced parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Let cheese reach room temperature. Using a food processor or heavy mixer, blend cheeses until smooth and creamy. Add Worcestershire sauce and onion. Mix well.

Shape into 3 or 4 balls and roll each in nuts, chili powder, or minced parsley. Chill until firm. Serve with crackers.
