9-inch pie shell
4 eggs
2 cups half 'n half
1/3 cup minced onion
1 tsp salt
6 strips crisp bacon
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
snipped parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. Beat eggs until blended. Stir in cream, onion, and salt. Put bacon and cheese in bottom of pie shell. Pour egg mixture over meat and cheese. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 300º. Bake 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. let stand 10 minutes before cutting into wedges.
